Saskatoons reminds me of the guy who said he passed his local butchers window one day on the high street and saw an advert in the window that said ‘Animal farm’ ..Youv’e seen the movie, read the Book, now come in and eat the cast.
i knew minds would head straight to the gutter, which is why i said what i did
over here they farm kangaroos (yes, he is on our coat of arms, i know) but the funniest part is you can buy “vindaloo kangaroo” in packs, ready for the oven or bbq….wild roo isn’t too bad if you get a young one, but the farmed meat is really good…we have croc, emu, all those things as well….then there’s the odd idiot that will try the road kill version rabbit used to be really common until they infected them with a germ to kill them because they were in plague proportions…
and there endeth the lesson for the day
Yes Bear M, We have a burger on the menu known as the Boo Boo Burger, if meatballs Boo Boo Balls, a Stew known as the Ranger Smith Stew and Yogi Ribs Put em all together and you have one heck of a picnic basket We also have some kielbasa that is quite good

Sweet Baby Ray’s is one of our favorite BBQ sauces. I don’t know if your grocery stores stock it, so here’s the link to their website.

Mmmm. My mom is a veggie eater only. I tell her “If God didn’t want us to eat meat, how come He made it taste so good?”. She doesn’t appreciate that.
